Anslie provided me an exceptional 1st time home buying experience. She was professional, timely, she listened to my needs, did not waste my time with inappropriate over or under budget listings. She knew the backstory and financials of many condo buildings in DC. I love my home and am so grateful to her for facilitating!
Anslie Stokes is not at all responsive or receptive of the needs of who she is dealing with. I went through the leasing/renting process in which she was the realtor of a property owned by a separate owner and I never once got to speak with Anslie over the phone, but rather with her operations manager. Her operations manager would have to relay information from Anslie to me and vice versa, creating an unnecessary chain of command during the process. Even finding out basic information was a task.
