I called to speak with someone about cleaning service and lady that spoke to was rude, was not helpful and frankly did not want my business. I was trying to get services for my boss. I didn't even get a chance to give the address to the home. She told me that she could not talk to me about coordination of the services and need to speak only with the home owner. I don't know how she has been in business 25 years. Based on these reviews I can see why these comments were left on this page!!!
This house cleaning experience was the most horrific experience ever! I am trying to get my house cleaned and ready to go on the market and still do not have a house that can be listed. Karen the owner of this company is rude, will not let you speak when you are bring issues to her attention. I have not ever been treated so poorly as a client. I am used to dealing with business people who are willing to listen to customers concerns and issues to resolve them. Not be talked over and told that I am wrong.
