Dr. Snider is very knowledgeable if you can ever get in to see her! I was a patient of hers and made an appt at the end of 2023 that was 9 months out. Fast forward to 2024, and I had a conflict with the appt so I asked them weeks in advance if I could reschedule and I was told I would need to book another 10 months out - no exceptions. Care seemed forced and rushed. The Assistant asked about sunscreen use and when I indicated there was a spot that I thought should be looked at she told me that was not what my appointment was for... Actual treatment of spots with liquid nitrogen was fine but I was hurried out in like 3 minutes.

Anne and her team were wonderful. This was an easy, efficient, and effective experience. My daughter was assessed, treated with care and respect (they had a conversation with my daughter; they didn't talk to or down to my 10-year-old daughter), and given a plan of action with some samples to try out. The office and team were polite, kind, and professional as well.
