Dr. Piantanida-Whitlock used wrong codes for Lab work. I was charged $300 for the tests that supposed to be covered free of charge by preventative benefits available with my policy. I asked nurse, doctor, office administrator Dayna and Sacred Heart management Anita Sue to help to resolve the issue. Nobody even called back. It's the most arrogant and negligent, ignorant and disrespectful doctor I've ever came across. Her concern is only revenue. Patients time does not matter, only hers.
She recommended surgery which I did not agree. It was confirmed that it was not necessary. Incompetent!
She is very through and comforting.
