Excellent service, patient and polite doctor. An excellent quality doctor, I recommend her.
Dr. Whitlock is a very knowledgeable and kind physician. She always takes her time with me and is very conservative with her medical approach. She has been my gynecologist for several years and my obstetrician for two pregnancies. Hands down, she is one of the best ObGYNs in the area and I recommend her to all of my friends! If you have the opportunity to see Dr. Whitlock, consider yourself very fortunate to have such great care on the Emerald Coast.

I was very impressed with Dr. Whitlock. She reviewed my file and family history prior to meeting with me and had some excellent suggestions for some testing based on my mother's past issues. Never have I received those recommendations in the past and I'm so thankful for her suggestions. Seems like she really stays on top of things!!
Dr. Whitlock and her staff are unresponsive, condescending, negligent and totally disrespectful. I had an MRI at the direction of the Olsen Diagnostic Breast Center and it has been almost two weeks since the results were made available to Dr. Whitlock and I have not received a call from her with the results.
Dr. Whitlock and her team are phenomenal. We see Dr. Whitlock at every appointment and she always takes time to answer any and all questions. The office is clean, the staff is beyond knowledgeable and friendly.. This is our first pregnancy but we’ll be staying with Dr. Whitlock for all future pregnancies too.
Dr. Whitlock and the entire staff at Sacred Heart Medical Group gave my baby and I excellent care. Dr. Whitlock treated me from my first appointment through my postpartum check-up. She and her staff took their time caring for me, answering my questions, returning phone calls promptly, and getting to know me. What I found surprising was how special they made me feel. I felt this warmth from check-in, all the way through my appointment to check-out. I could not have had better care.
You drive one hour, to await another hour, while be seen for one minute. She just asks "Do you have any questions?" All medical check-up is really done by a nurse and she just steps in the door to "check" in and check-mark her box that she saw you. She's not maternal or personable.
Dr. Piantanida-Whitlock used wrong codes for Lab work. I was charged $300 for the tests that supposed to be covered free of charge by preventative benefits available with my policy. I asked nurse, doctor, office administrator Dayna and Sacred Heart management Anita Sue to help to resolve the issue. Nobody even called back. It's the most arrogant and negligent, ignorant and disrespectful doctor I've ever came across. Her concern is only revenue. Patients time does not matter, only hers.
