It could not have been a better experience. Top-notch dealership with a personal touch. Quick responses, flexible schedule (with snow issues) and best pricing. Product training was excellent. My friend bought an XC40 in VA (8 months ago) and did not receiving any training on how to use all the bells and whistles, so she wants me to show her. Could not have received better service anywhere.
Scheduling was not easy. Left messages twice no return calls. Service was scheduled for 1 1/2 approximately and they were finished in about 1 hr 20 min. Happy right on schedule.
The service department listened and helped me create a punch list for items/setviced that are needed for my vehicle.
Thanks Volvo Annapolis for making the buying experience easy. Special call out to Ola, the salesman who helped me, and Cory, the product specialist who made sure every tech feature on the vehicle was set up properly. A big thanks for delivering the vehicle for a special Xmas Surprise. Great experience.
Bought a truck from the used car center. They've had if for repairs longer than I've had it. Terrible communication. Wouldn't buy from them again
