I saw the vehicle that I was interested in online, when I arrive the next day for my appointment Miguel was very prepared. He was very courteous, very explanatory he knew the inns and outs of the vehicle and he answered all of my questions and concerns. I purchased an XC40 and all the negotiations were super smooth and straight up. They walked me through the purchase and was in and out in a very short time. They answered all my questions, very knowledgable and professional. I recommend them and will buy my next Volvo from this dealership.
Once again, Volvo Cars Annapolis hit it out of the park! I showed up needing assistance with a nail in my tire. A local tire shop told me I would need to buy two new tires as it was irreparable (and the tires have barely 11K miles on them). Before I knew it, my tire had been patched and my XC90 was washed. To top it off, our salesperson from eight months prior recognized me and my children and talked with us like we were old friends. I highly recommend Volvo Cars Annapolis!
My first official service visit for my 2018 XC 60 Volvo and it couldn't have gone smoother. Friendly service manager took care of me, lined me up for a loaner which was great and I was out the door quickly! Got my car back later that day after being informed it was ready and again, quick and easy and I was on my way again. Thanks!

My experience buying a car from Volvo of Annapolis was very quick and painless. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to work with you on purchasing a vehicle.
1st: the Service Department friendly, clean, neat, and well stocked. 2nd: everything is as discussed prior to arrival.with Luis. 3rd: loaner vehicle always has at least 1/2 to a full tank of gas. 4th: vehicle is usually ready when stated, unless an unexpected issue surfaces. Luis keeps you informed - you are called and told to keep the loaner until he contacts you again. 5th: my vehicle is returned to me cleaned!
