Horrible service department!! I purchased my car in PA and had a wonderful service dept up there. Being a Volvo dealership, I figured the service I was used to was the standard. Boy was I wrong! If you can get passed the service writers' condescending remarks, then you get to listen to them stroke their own egos. The real fun begins when you have to contend with the dealership's crookedness. From the moment we reached out to the Sales Manager (Bruce King) to being greeted at the door with our sales rep Vito (who was nothing short of amazing) to Tony in finance that had us in and out in record time. This place is a scam. Do not purchase a warranty because they will screw you over! I lost OVER $2600 with them and they offer NO HELP due to their own employees fault. Would NOT recommend this place!
