I'm from Atlanta, and occasionally visit Hampton, Va, and never come without visiting Anna's!
My family had dinner there around 4:45 pm and was disappointed with Annas. My parents rave about this place, especially the subs and have been going here for years. We came in for an early dinner, where there were only a few tables seated with a full kitchen of employees. My moms sub had hard burnt bread which we had to send back, but the server brought over garlic knots, so she didn't have to watch us eat. Always good, and reasonable prices! Philly cheese steak subs are the best!
Just received our order my sister and I made from Anna's. A chicken Philly, steak Philly and a side of fries. My chicken sub had barely any meat on it and both of our sub's were PACKED with lettuce to make it look full. The fries were SO hard they snapped in half. Just called to tell them and they said next time we order we would get a credit for fries. Didn't even take our name down or offer to bring us another order of fries. I love Anna's I bring my family in all the time but when I ordered tonight April 8th at 8:25 they said 20 mins and will be out in delivery. I called two times and they said it was out for delivery I call at 9:50 for the last time they finally say it's for carry out. and we told them every time we called it was for delivery it shouldn't take this long when we live right being the store. and when the delivery driver finally comes it's cold and the price is more them what we were told !
