3 times they failed to give me my entire order twice when going to pick it up on once when they delivered. even after o questioned if what they gave was everything only to drive back once I got home to pick up the remaining order .....

Tonight my husband and I decided to order out at Annas! We had an issue before with our food but it was dealing with our wings not being done and didnt have all our wings. we ordered a 16 PC and got 14 but paid for 16. Tonight though, we ordered 3 subs 3 side of fries and 16 PC wings. I went in, paid, and got the food. Came home to find that we were missing a sub. The food is amazing!!! I have had several different menu items, and I have yet to taste anything, that is not downright scrumptious!!!!
I really enjoyed my carry-out eggplant parmesan. It was a feast and comes with a large Greek, Italian or Cesar side salad and fresh baked bread. I added 2 Italian meatballs for small up-charge. Excellent service and they do an outstanding job carefully packing your to-go order. Strongly recommend.
