I ordered through delivery and my almost $20 medium pizza arrived in an hour cold. I'm literally 7 minutes away from the place. I get that these things happen from time to time (not enough employees on the shift, a lot of orders at the same time, etc) but this stuff needs to be addressed. If it's consistent like this, they should just stop taking delivery and do pickup orders instead. I'll order again because their pizza is very good (when hot) but for pickup next time.

Had the specials Sunday (1/29), everything was wonderful, great the day after too�
While ordering on the phone the guy taking order kept interrupting us while we where trying to tell him what we wanted. Then we asked how much a slice of cheesecake was and he automatically added it to our order. When I arrived to pick up our order I told him we were only asking the price and to please take it off. He had to void it off which required a supervisor/manager whom was standing with another employee talking amongst themselves. Went to Anna's on a Tuesday after looking at the great assortment of wonderful dishes that they serve in the photos on their Facebook site. I was extremely disappointment that almost nine out of the ten dishes shown in the photos are only served as occasional specials. I was told sometimes on the weekend.
