RecommendedI have volunteered at Lurie for over 5 years. I have seen nothing short of miracles and extreme dedication. A wonderful, special , amazing place for children & families. BOOKS, ART, Activities, MUSIC, Education, FUN, Comfort, FUN, Games, etc etc....in a spectacular setting with wonderful, caring people.
They helped my child when other hospitals didn’t have a clue

It's ashame that this hospital's racist staff caused trauma to my son and are unwilling to meet with me to resolve the issue. Apparently they think 2 starbucks gift cards are enough to silence me. #DoBetterLuries
I made a donation to this hospital earlier in the year, because it's local to me, as well as a good cause, not to mention relevant and important because of the work they do for the Greater Chicagoland Area, as well as being among the elite of the nation's hospitals. I was able to make the donation easily online, with a minimum of tedium. They also send an e-mail that you can utilize for tax exemptions.
