6 hrs waiting still to be seen with my 3 month old having 103 fevers if i dint tell them they would not give him anything there excuse o sorry we forgot baby came back just now not responding after she got released!!! Come On !!!!!!!!

Serious problems with billing, possible fraud. We are in-network and were sent to a physical therapy evaluation for our two-month old, and were seen by a therapist for only around 20 minutes. Most of the hour appointment was spent waiting in the office. The bill before insurance was over a thousand dollars, because we were billed for the the time spent waiting. I grew up going to this hospital when it was actually still children’s memorial hospital, all the way till the name was changed. Some of the doctors from this place helped me function, gave me the most amazing medical care, allowed me to stop having symptoms or the harsh infections of my medical conditions. Helped me heal after numerous surgeries as a child and even young adult. They go above and seriously beyond. I won’t ever forget them, or my specialist on their team. Truly the best. They really care.

Hey good evening if you don't have any other choice beside this hospital then your at the right place but am not near this area for my child and I would always prefer Evanston Hospital or St Francis Hospital in my situation and also you have to consider there's no service of a cell phone activity once you're inside this property of this building you're completely out of technology Zone 💢💥💢💫
