My opinion is that doctors “neuromuscular” didn’t care enough to follow up with my granddaughter. Should listen more to the parents that are with the children 24-7.
This hospital is joke. Their patient relations team covers up complaints before they even get to administration, when you ask to speak to a hospital administrator you are told No. Take your child elsewhere. DO NOT COME HERE.
RecommendedStruttin' with his nurses/heroes for his birthday!!!! Only at Luries Children's hospital these guys are heroes. Thanks to them my son is getting better day by day. They made his hospital stay a comfortable and they were very attentive with him. I accidentally made an over payment on a bill and caught it imeadiately(4/19). when I called thier office the next day (monday)(4/20) I was told I would be refunded by that friday. that was 3 weeks ago. I called again the following monday(4/27) and was told the first lady was misinformed and it could take another week or 2. okay, so I waited. it's now been 3 weeks and when I called 2 days ago was told someone from the hospital would contact me about the issue and that they were requesting thier mangager/department head send ... read more
Es un hospital con doctores y enfermeras muy capacitadas con mucha experiencia que saben hacer de su profesión lo mejor . Y que cuidan de cada uno de los pacientes como fueran su propia familia tienen muy buena actitud. Y siempre tienen una sonrisa 😁 para toda la gente , tanto pacientes como visitantes. My sons have been in the NICU for the last 5 months. The staff has gone above and beyond with everything going on with covid. They days I can’t be there they are giving us updates, emailing us pictures, and I was even able to FaceTime. I can’t wait for the day we can reunite the boys. Amazing nurses and doctors!
This hospital has been life saving and life changing for us. We've never encountered a crabby staff member. We've never ran into someone who wasn't willing to go way above and beyond. My son is 4.5 and we've been going here for 3.5 years. We recommend them to everyone!
