No respect for patient's time. I had an 11:15 appt was told to come at 11:05 and by 11:40 I had not been called. I checked with the front desk and they called back and said 30-40 more minutes. Seriously over an hour behind and they weren't going to let me know? Never returning.
Understood my concerns immediately and provided treatment that works.
Misdiagnosed fungal infection and claimed it was a food allergy. Two other doctors approved it was indeed a fungal infection.
Dr. Ortmeyer listens well and is highly intelligent, respectful, and reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to her.
