Rubi and Ann Nienhuis were amazing. I got called back before my appointment time. Rubi is so sweet. She was very quick and thorough. She was also very patient with me as I went through all of my meds and supplements. Ann was very nice and personable. She listened, asked questions, and never once made it seem like she was itching to get out of the room to go see the next patient. NP Ann Nienhaus was warm, friendly, and professional. She was a great listener and understood my concerns. She made a plan of action with me and developed follow up, including a referral to a recommended specialist. I was extremely satisfied with my visit and would not hesitate to see her again.
I called the office around noon to see if I could be seen for an ear infection, and they got me in within a matter of hours. For a busy, working, single mother, that made my day so much easier. I was prescribed antibiotics so I could get on the mend faster. I truly appreciate it.
