Giving Dr. Hyatt a 2 star review. She really doesn't deserve any stars - but the staff in her office are completely lovely and as helpful as they can be. Dr. Hyatt took about 2 minutes to do my annual body check and then didn't even really examine my face when I asked about my rosacea redness and itchy skin. She just prescribed something and left. I am now seeing yet another dermatologist for contact dermatitis. I'm not one for leaving bad reviews but this is highly frustrating.
Had to have a cyst on my neck removed 2 times by them. I had to pay for consult visit then the removal. 2 visits for the same thing, WHY???? It’s grown back. I need better choices
I have seen a lot of derms in my life….Dr Hyatt is world-class - she is talented, gifted and knows her stuff!! I came in for a red mark on my face- (total vanity) and I went away after she biopsied a freckle on my back she didn’t like the looks of and it turned out it was a malignant melanoma- thank you for being so thorough, caring and proactive! Dr Hyatt takes care of my whole family and extended family and we are all thrilled and grateful for her and Dawes Dermatology!
They didn't bother to show up for my appointment even after sending me 2 text and one email reminder. The office next door says this happens all the time. It's too bad, I trusted her to be an honest doctor. I'm sure it was the scheduling depth.
I had skin lesions treated and several have not responded to the treatment. I was told they would fall off in a short time after treatment. The one lesion that was itching on my back and bothered me the most did not fall off after waiting 2 months post-treatment. It is still bothering me and I was told I would have to return and pay for additional treatment if I wanted it removed.
