My visit was a great one
Surgery went well. So did post op appointment. Dr. Carr took all the time we needed to answer all are questions.
Dr. Carr was on time and friendly. We talked about my recent X-ray and how my back surgery recovery was going. Recovering quite well thank you.
Got me in early,I never felt rushed, she answered all my questions, even the ones I hadn't thought of! Described the procedure in detail. She spent a lot of time to make sure I understood fully. Great Lady
She fixed my neck quickly. She is personable and listens. My vertebrae are now healed
to office visits that were worthless and one she walked out of the room and never came back in and talk to me or my husband Then on Monday I saw her PA and he was very rude to me. Nasty disrespectful. and she left me in a critical state when I went in and seen her in June and didn’t book me till August while she was out on vacation

It was my first visit. Overall, I was impressed by her knowledge of my situation. She was straightforward and let me know that certain things had to be stabilized before she could offer a resolution for my back pain such as blood sugars, low platelets and osteoporosis had to be addressed. She and her staff would very friendly. The wait time was about average. She was a little rushed, but that’s understandable.
Haven't had my surgery yet but so far Dr. Carr and her staff have been amazing. Never felt rushed, and they have created a very caring environment.
