I would give 0 if I could. If you are going through perimenopause and have tried anti depressants alone and are getting no relief, DO NOT go to her for help I am 47 and perimenopausal. I had a Mirena IUD for the last 6 years. The manufacturer says do not test for menopause for at least 3 months after removal. There is NO TEST for perimenopause.
