Whenever I have seen Dr. Collins, she has treated me with the utmost respect. She is a great listener and I have full faith in her medical competency. She is always very accommodating in meeting my needs.
Dr. Collins is very thorough, very approachable, very interested in responding to your questions and concerns. And very easy to schedule an appointment with -- no waiting days or weeks. I highly recommend her practice.
My review will not be a good one. I took the time to schedule my annual wellness check with her and moved several business appointments to align our calendars. I fought the early morning traffic and was the 1st appointment so there should have been no reason I was not seen. Instead, she did not show up. Not even a phone call to let me know she wouldn't be there the morning of the appointment. Dr. Collins was really great and helpful, but I feel that the way she handled her transition to MDVIP was really poor. Any patient who couldn't afford $2k a year to be a member of her practice was tossed out with no supportive care or prescription refills. Cannot recommend
Dr Ann Collins is the most caring, gentle and knowledgeable physicians I have experienced. Both my wife and I have been patients for years and have enjoyed her medical expertise and her genuine personal care for us. I highly recommend her as a family physician. Her nurse Tiffany is also a wonderful and helpful part of the team.
