Dr. Collins is responsive and listens to any concerns. The staff is the best.
I have been a patient of Dr. Collins for several years on the MD VIP program. I have never had such a thorough doctor who is also very available during off hours. Whenever I have needed her, she’s been available and/or always replied to my email through the app or Athena webpage. She now sees my three children and all three have received Dr. Collins very well (with my 25yo daughter saying “This is definitely the right doctor’s office for me - I really liked it for many reasons!”). my wife and I are very pleased with our choice of Dr. Collins. She is very attentive and responsive to our needs and request. She’s very professional. Her staff is excellent. We would highly recommend her if you’re looking for a new doctor.
Not impress when I’m told to go to the emergency room for a virus infection. I was able to use an online doctor service and was told to use lysine as it stops the multiplication of the virus. It worked. How simple that conversation could have been with my doctor. This was after I had gone into her office and she basically tested me for a stroke. I had a virus and had been down with it for 3 weeks. I came in to get a resolution so I could get back to work. Very unhappy.
Whenever I have seen Dr. Collins, she has treated me with the utmost respect. She is a great listener and I have full faith in her medical competency. She is always very accommodating in meeting my needs.
Dr. Collins is very thorough, very approachable, very interested in responding to your questions and concerns. And very easy to schedule an appointment with -- no waiting days or weeks. I highly recommend her practice.
My review will not be a good one. I took the time to schedule my annual wellness check with her and moved several business appointments to align our calendars. I fought the early morning traffic and was the 1st appointment so there should have been no reason I was not seen. Instead, she did not show up. Not even a phone call to let me know she wouldn't be there the morning of the appointment. Dr. Collins was really great and helpful, but I feel that the way she handled her transition to MDVIP was really poor. Any patient who couldn't afford $2k a year to be a member of her practice was tossed out with no supportive care or prescription refills. Cannot recommend
Dr Ann Collins is the most caring, gentle and knowledgeable physicians I have experienced. Both my wife and I have been patients for years and have enjoyed her medical expertise and her genuine personal care for us. I highly recommend her as a family physician. Her nurse Tiffany is also a wonderful and helpful part of the team.
