I went for my yearly physical and testing. I can count on this office being on time and efficiently taking me through the testing needed. One of the reasons I choose to be a part of this practice is the time spent talking about my health and answering questions I have about keeping me healthy as possible. Appointments are easy to schedule. Staff is always prepared for My visit and the doctor takes a wholistic approach to my health. They give me things to work on for improved health and are responsive if I have a more immediate need. I Highly recommend this doctor and her team.
Arrived a few minets early and encounter started immediately. Dr. Collins office staff is efficient. The 10-minute encounter at Ascension didn't allow my physcian time to be a doctor. Dr. Collins is a great communicator and went through my records and future plan.
Dr C is a highly experienced, skilled, personable, accessible physician. She listens carefully , and is decisive. Well connected to excellent specialists. Staff is bery friendly and efficient. Office is spotless and orderly.
Staff keeps wait times to less than a minute. After checking weight, BP, O2, etc. Dr. Collins appears quickly. It’s such a pleasure to have a thorough doctor patient encounter, knowing the doctor hasn’t been ordered keep the total encounter including completion of the electronic medical record in 10 minutes, as was my problem with Acension.
Dr. Collins is responsive and listens to any concerns. The staff is the best.
I have been a patient of Dr. Collins for several years on the MD VIP program. I have never had such a thorough doctor who is also very available during off hours. Whenever I have needed her, she’s been available and/or always replied to my email through the app or Athena webpage. my wife and I are very pleased with our choice of Dr. Collins. She is very attentive and responsive to our needs and request. She’s very professional. Her staff is excellent. We would highly recommend her if you’re looking for a new doctor.
Not impress when I’m told to go to the emergency room for a virus infection. I was able to use an online doctor service and was told to use lysine as it stops the multiplication of the virus. It worked. How simple that conversation could have been with my doctor. This was after I had gone into her office and she basically tested me for a stroke. I had a virus and had been down with it for 3 weeks. I came in to get a resolution so I could get back to work. Very unhappy.
