My two boys (Max and Murphy) visited today for a well check and vaccines. Clean bill of health and we loved Dr Franklin. The facility is beautiful and clean and the fact that they are now open 7 days a week for routine and emergency services is awesome. They are also AAHA accredited and that is very important to me.
Thank you so much for taking such great care of Coco Puff yesterday and today! I really appreciated your calculated approach to figuring out the cause of his nausea given his history of surgeries. I was afraid he would need to be cut open...again. I appreciated your patience with me, too! Dr. Critchfield, Dr. McKinney, Dr. Figarra, and the rest of the staff were truly wonderful.
My dog Nestle had to be put down today. Everyone was so caring and attentive. Dr. Franklin was great and made sure we and Nestle were comfortable. She rubbed him as she was giving the medication my dog. The vet tech there also offering words of comfort, and petting Nestle. I love this place, we will always always bring our animals here. I love how they care so much.
Have used this location for emergency services twice now for our golden retrievers and their kindness, professionalism, and courtesy are outstanding.
My family lost our beloved husky Maya on November 11, and I can't thank you guys enough for all you've done with our Maya and making her comfortable in her final hours with us. All of you guys at Ann Arbor Animal Hospital are rock stars and you made her passing so comfortable and peaceful, Bless all your hearts. Thank you!
While my beloved cat could not be saved, she and we were cared for in such a compassionate, caring , professional manner. I am comforted knowing she received the best care possible. Highly recommend.
We had to take our dog here for a semi-emergent toenail issue. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the building itself is nice, clean and comfortable. We had to wait quite a while but there were several other real emergencies so I couldn't be upset. The vets and the techs treated us well, took the time to explain everything and made sure our doggy was as comfortable as she could be.
