We asked for a dog food prescription to be filled with an online vendor. AAAH declined and told us the office manager would call us back. First this was a red light as we have spent $1,000s of dollars with this organization with several pets. The second red light is when the office manager never called back. RecommendedI brought my sweet Shiba in after she had collapsed. Unfortunately, we had to put her down but Dr. McKinney, the vet techs and staff were so kind and compassionate to me and my Shiba. They even let me feed her before saying goodbye. I am forever grateful and highly recommend them.
$54 for a nail trim and grind ?! This costs more than a mani-pedi and eyebrows.
Have NEVER had anything but OUTSTANDING service. Been using them for 14 years.
If you have a real emergency, don't bring your dog here. Even if you call 20mins ahead stating it's an emergency they will still make you wait an hour. I had to ask multiple times how much longer it will be, my dog is just getting worse and worse. They did not see us until I started to call other emergency clinics to see if they could see him asap. If you need a regular vet they are over priced but know their stuff. But again as an emergency they will not put your emergency before their regular scheduled visit. They will lit... read more

My German Shepherd had an allergic reaction to a Proheart Guard 6 month heartworm shot, and our regular veterinarian was closed. So I drove 30 miles here and they had me in a room instantly when I arrived. The staff and vet were very accommodating to my dog as she is very weary around strangers, as well as very kind. For an emergency visit, the pricing was very reasonable, probably about the same as if I were to take her to my regular vet.
