This is Iddy Biddy. I had to bring him in for an emergency on October 19th. Not knowing the outcome I unfortunately had to leave there without my fat man. Liz came in at the end of me saying goodbye to my best bud and assured me I was doing the right thing for him. And that it was a loving and selfless act that I could do him. She promised she would take good care of him and I am so forever grateful for her taking the time to check on me and reassure me that I was doing what is humane. The staff here are AMAZING!!!! They were so good with my baby Bryant, even with him being a big handful. I just found our new vets office. Great people, very clean office.
I came home from vacation to find my cat injured. My local vet didn’t have the availability to take us in that day, and I was pretty certain that my cat had a broken leg. They recommended bringing him here. I called ahead to let them know I was coming and as soon as I got there, they took him to the back and started working on him. They kept me informed of everything that they were doing and what they had found and didn’t find. They were wonderful, caring people! the staff at the hospital was very kind and efficient. they got me in quickly and made my dog feel safe, loved and comfortable. unfortunately, we had to have him put to sleep and even the vet and tech had tears in their eyes. they really care about the pets they treat there.
We had to put our dog of 17 years down today in an emergency, and the staff were extremely kind to us. They gave us the privacy and space we needed with our dog to mourn her. The vet techs made us feel as if they really cared about our dog, and the vet administering the injection was compassionate. It's not an easy thing to lose a member of your family, but I'm glad that our dog got the care she deserved before she left.
Amazing service, took in my cat that got hit by a car, I called them, they said come in asap we will have staff ready to treat him when we come in! Just like a people's hosptial. Very grateful I took my kitty there!
Was put in a room and told the doctor would be with us in a few minutes. Over 2 hours later a doctor finally came in and was rude with us. They were unable to gather a poop sample and he texted negative for Giardia, yet they still sent us home with antibiotics. What was the need for us to spend over 3 hrs at this place if they were just going to give us antibiotics anyway!? The staff was beyond rude and uncompassionate and I will not be taking my dog here ever again.
