Our beloved cat passed this last Saturday, and the Ann Arbor Animal Hospital was more than professional in helping take care of him for the three days before he passed. We received the most heart-warming card today, handwritten, from the staff about his passing. I cannot express how much this means. The staff here puts their full love and care into what they do. My sister Mary said it all earlier but I just wanted to thank you all so much for making one of the worst days much better. From the minute we walked in we felt the overwhelming feeling of care and support. Strangers, at first, made us all including my sweet Bella feel like caring family. A big shout out to Ann Arbor Animal Hospital and Dr. Bentley - these folks are amazing, honest, knowledgable and fair. If you're in the A2 area and have animal family members, I highly recommend bringing them here. We have used their 24 hour emergency service in the past as well as for our standard check-ups. They are always friendly and truly caring. Chuck and Pierre won't be going anywhere else! We love them!
A great state of the art facility. The staff is exceptionally smart and compassionate. They took great care of my precious cat Audrey who has congestive heart disease and collapsed at home. She is now back at home with her brothers and happy to be feeling better.
