I had to take my cat in early this morning, he was 3 , he wasn't doing well. He had heart disease. I had to make the hard decision to let him be pain free. I am so heartbroken and I already miss him so much. The staff made me feel so comfortable and spent extra time with me before I left. Dr. McKinney explained everything to me and helped me feel better about my decision. Thank you so much for your kind words, caring demeanor, and box of tissues when my husband and I brought our beloved Buddy in today and he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you for providing the folder with information to help us with our children's grief and also the flower seeds, which we will plant this summer.
Dr. McKinney was amazing when I had to make a very hard decision for my beloved pet. I can not thank her, and the rest of the staff that was there for Pebbles and I on Christmas eve, enough. Not only did they take great care of Pebbie, but Dr.McKinney was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me a great sense of confidence in her abilities, she was also the most compassionate vet I've ever met. excellent place! it was our first time going there. we needed a place that was open on a holiday weekend after out dog was attacked and Ann Arbor Animal Hospital was where we ended up. Everyone was extremely attentive and caring. great job! thank you so much
