Staff is slow and the office setting is cramped, hot, and depressing
This is the worst experience at any doctor's office or medical facility in my entire life. The front desk never answers the phone, and takes a minimum of 24 hours to get back to you, but usually longer. I saw Dr. Hobbs, who is perfectly nice, but only works at this office once a week and doesn't respond to your messages, calls, or emails, even when you call the office the one day she is in.
