Very slow process, long waiting times, needs improvement in process and drivers shouldn’t have to scan licence every-time if they’re regular. And also placing wrong loads on the wrong truck a lack of following customs procedures, this was a breach on one occasion so far.
There is no guidance and it is overall unfriendly. rude staff. Especially the woman in the office is stupid and rude.
ANJ deserves better staff then they got right now lady at entry gate is very unprofessional she is trying to explain me site map while she is eating at same time and spitting food outside mouth while talking really disgusting please get rid of her old lady needs some rest.
