Extremely poor experience at the entry gatehouse on my first visit during a day shift. On arrival, the female gatehouse keeper yelled at me to reverse because she couldn’t read my number plate, then gestured aggressively when I complied. When I parked to the side and tried to walk in to sort out entry details, I was spoken to rudely again, with no attempt at basic courtesy or clear communication. It’s good to see they’ve replaced the gatehouse lady with a friendlier guy — dealing with her attitude every visit was frustrating. Unfortunately, the office staff are still very unhelpful and difficult to deal with, especially if you’re a migrant.
