I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. My child absolutely loves Anita Stiffelman, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
