I love rainbow pediatrics. I have several children ranging in ages 17 to 3 and have visited several pediatricians in an attempt to find one I was comfortable with. I have now found one in Rainbow pediatrics! This is the only office that I found that takes your sick child in immediately. Yes, I have had to wait a time or two, but I have never been to an office, any office, where I didn't occasionally have to wait for some time. I think that is a good sign in offices like this. Anita Stiffelman was very rude and unprofessional. I took my 11 month old son to the doctor to be seen what turned out to be Pink Eye. She kept saying to my son as he reached for her "Dont Touch Me" and she said this comment several times. She also went on to say " You will not be getting any hugs today". When we were leaving, my husband was holding my son and she said, " I won't give the discharge papers to you" , " I will give them to the Mom, because you got Pink Eye". No, they usually don't see my child for at least a week

They seem to care more about themselves Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They cancel on me all the time. How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment!
Dr. Stifleman is very rude, it is not what you say, but how you say it. She could use some lessons on professionalism.
Attending here REALLY depends on who you are seeing. If you are there for Anita Stiffelman, hang it up. In her world, she's the expert, you are wrong. Her bedside manner his horrendous and she will try to guilt trip you into vaccinations. I love the other providers and staff, but my child WILL NOT see Dr. Stiffelman.
I carry the insurance for my children and their mother is a stay at home mom and had no money on hand to pay a $5 balance(never received a bill for) and was told my newborn would not be seen to get his 2 month shots until the balance was paid. Keep in mind that I always pay my bills on time! She called me crying and I was furious!! My other 2 children have been going here for 6 years and they've made thousands of dollars off of me and my NEWBORN was turned away for $5?
