Thank you so much Animals Samaritans! My daughter has a rare genetic, non-inherited medical condition called Prader-Willi Syndrome. One of her obstacles among a list of others, is VERY low muscle tone. In March 2014, a month after her 3rd birthday; she was finally able to start walking, with the use of a walker.
