Was treated very poorly and rudely because we came in to get our pets blood results. Was talked over both in person, and on the phone by the so called director, who lacks both common courtesy and empathy. Was repeatedly reminded and scolded that we missed a phone call. They almost didn't give us the blood results that we paid $133.75 for. It became very clear that they didn't care about our pets health, only the money. Also was clear that they wanted to punish us for missing the call, and coming in. WILL NEVER GO BACK.
