Terrible customer service, probably one of the WORST!!! I understand it's a non-profit organization and most of their staff are volunteering but that doesn't excuse them to treat people that poorly. This is our second and LAST TIME we have to deal with this rude lady at the check-in for appointments.
Horrible experience I have with this place, it's take only 5 days to my pet died. Please don't take your love ones there, that's all I can say
I love this place. We just adopted a kitten (Montana), now named max, last week.
