I love that my animals get prompt attention. The doctors help me understand what is going on biologically, I'm given choices in their treatment with full explanations. The staff and docs are compassionate and caring. All my animals are treated there from spaying and neutering, to end of life care.
Great organization I dropped off extra food for kittens and anything else that helps. Looked like some beautiful cats to adopt.
I called Animal Samaritans Monday (yes 6 days ago) and left a message during business hours telling them my cat was in a lot of pain. The vm said they'd call back within 1 hour. I waited 2 1/2 hours and called back. Still no answer from them. I called another vet and was told to bring her in right away. She has now been treated and almost healed thanks to VCA. AND they have called me to check on her twice! I still have not heard from An Sams!! Thanks for caring about the animals :(
Their fees are reasonable and their staff is fantastic.
