I agree that doctor D is great. But his front desk and phone person is beyond rude and hateful. I had called ahead on Thurs. for a Monday appointment that they had open. Got there waited for over 20 minutes for her to tell me that my sick dog could not be seen. Yes! I was upset. I called and spoke to the same young girl with the smart little mouth that told me that my sick dog was a mistake on their books.
