They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Was this veterinarian friendly? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

I went in with my little 15 year old dog as an emergency. She had begun having seizures that morning and they were very professional and very helpful and compassionate when I made the decision to have her euthanized. I was treated with great respect and my little dog was treated with the utmost gentleness and care.

Did this animal hospital use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility Was your pet well taken care while being boarded here? No, they were dirty and very unhappy Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough

When I have a scheduled appointment, they do call me by my name. If I just drop in without an appointment, they don't remember me. I really don't expect them too with so many other clients. Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they've always offered my pets and they've enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave. They were so kind and attentive to me.
