I like how staff care about animals. Special Thank to dr. Feeman who is very detailed and anytime we travel overseas with our pet, we have no problem with veterinarian control. Last year there was really mean lady assistant, didn’t see her this year.
I used to love AMC but I was just sent a sever client relationship because I had a problem with service given. I think instead of rectifying the situation it's easier to end the relationship. Now, I've been going to AMC for years. I didn't even receive a phone call just a sever letter and my pets records in the mail. The next day after complaining about service. Mrs. Harrell was offered both in person and by phone the opportunity to speak with the attending veterinarian to clear up any miscommunication that occurred. She declined. Our veterinarian staff is comprised of highly skilled, knowledgeable clinicians. We take a team approach so each of doctors can get to know our clients and their pets.
