I took my baby Shaddow in there and he was trying to block his pee from coming out and the Dr seen the signs and got him taken care of and its Monday now 4 days later and he is like my old baby again so love able and I have all that to thank animal medical center of Medina you guys have me my baby back thank you.....

After a misdiagnosis, no follow up, long waits in the office, difficulty making appts, along with downhill ethics and caring from staff, sadly I felt I needed to part ways. RecommendedMy kitty went in today and had to be put under for an examination (she’s not the friendliest kitty to people she doesn’t know). I just received a phone call from the vet (Dr. Feeman I believe) going over everything in detail since we did not get to do so upon pickup. I don’t know of any other vet that would call after hours (around 7:45 pm) and talk for 20 minutes about how we are going to help my kitty get better.
