I can not believe how rudely I was treated or how inappropriately I was spoken to by their staff. Jennifer was not only inconsiderate she had no regard for my feelings. You would think when dealing with a serious issue about your pet, an animal hospital of all places would show a little compassion.

Rudest people I have ever come into contact with. They missed a diagnosis that took my dogs life this past Sunday. When my mother called back to tell them about what we had discovered so that maybe it can help another dog who presents the same way, the vet would not allow her to speak. Told her that we declined everything they offered to do and when my mother tried to talk the vet said "I have to go and can't speak any longer", then hung up. The options we declined were options that were irrelevant to the symptoms of my dog.... read more
My boyfriend and I came here with our dog, Hannah, to get her vaccinations up to date. We had never been to AMC prior to this appointment. However, Dr. Feeman was our Vet and he was wonderful!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The entire staff was helpful as well. Undoubtedly, we will continue to bring Hannah back for every vet visit. :)
