RecommendedI do like the Animal Medical Centre; however recently we brought our Italian Greyhound for a regular health check up as they often send via email. We asked for a nail trim. This was the results. We sent this picture and explained that the injury was due to the nail trim, they said to come back for medication and the charged us for the meds even though we complained!!!!
Our dog had a stroke and we were searching for a vet that could help us rehab him. We searched all over for a vet that was willing to accept the challenge. We came across Animal Medical Center of Medina and couldn’t be happier. All the doctors and staff we worked with were incredible. Their attention to detail, caring concern, and knowledge is second to none. Fast forward 2 years and anytime we bring him in they are so happy to see how he is doing. All they want is your money. Very nasty group of doctors that are going to overcharge you. They care about money and are extremely unprofessional about how they treat you as a person!. This is the first place that I have ever been negative about. I would stay far away from this business unless it is an emergency! This group of doctors need to hire a person to teach them how to treat people that love their pets better and not just ring the bell when they make money. First bad review in my history of reviews.
The staff and vets are so knowledgeable and kind! They really take their time with you and make sure you fully understand any issues that are going on with your pet. Each one of them have shown so much love for my dog, I trust them 100%!!!
