Remarkable Vets and Tech's. Top notch service from the front desk and every person you come in to contact with. We have a very skiddish/agressive Chow and they have been phenomenal with him. After several bad experiences with other clinics in the area, we will never take our pet any place else.
Just wanted to edit my review and write something. I really want to thank this facility. I have two pitbull mixes. The has NEVER, not once shown fear or disgust to our dogs!! Our dogs are always even greeted with nothing but love. I recently had a visit as I was having issues with my landlord and the breeds. Not only did the Dr take the time to write up a professional temperament assessment but they sent me some legal paper work for myself personally on dog breeds and the laws. That was awesome to receive. thank you
I have been with the lake villa vet since my cats were kittens that's 11 years I was very pleased with the pricing and the dr there had a sense of humor and booties my cat was well behaved untill the dr mentioned to cut back his food them my cat hissed it was like my bootsie understood him lol. Thank you lake villa animal hospital 11 years and I walk out very happy. I will never go anywhere else. I recommend you to everyone

We went for Nelly's (Mastiff) 10 year wellness appointment. Dr.Ed is always thorough and kind and answers any questions I have truthfully and factually. Because she's always been a powerful chewer her teeth don't have much tartar buildup but are rather worn down. Because of her age he didn't recommend we pull a tooth because it was worn down to the pulp. He didn't (and neither did I) want to put her under anesthesia unnecessarily at her age.
