Compassionate, professional, knowledgeable & overall kind group. Dr. Krause was very helpful and understanding when explaining my cat's health condition to me. The entire staff acted with urgency & heartfelt concern for my furry guy. It was definitely not how I envisioned my Saturday night going and though the outcome was heartbreaking & extremely unexpected I couldn't imagine handling that situation with as much grace anywhere else.
Killed my friends cat and treated them terribly. Would not recommend
Do not take your pet here. They killed my sister's cat. Cat was struggling to breathe, my sister brought him here - was charged $300 to be told the cat was suffering from cardiomyopathy but would be fine. They trusted this, took the cat home and he died an hour later. Cat was given no medication, nothing to slow his heart rate, nothing. Brought his body back, the vet refused to see them and they were charged more money for showing up. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE.
They took good care of my Fat Girl. She spent the night and is doing better. Her records were forwarded promptly this morning to our primary vet. Great relief to know there is someplace to take her in case of emergency. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Facility was clean and well kept. Expensive but you really can't put a price on a long time member of our family.
Dr. Crystal was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when we took our Thunder cat in this past Sunday with a fever. The facility was super clean, the receptionists were warm and welcoming, and the staff took such good care of our boy while we were there. He went home with a fever reducer and some antibiotics and he's finally starting to feel like himself again! Thank you for making this Army family feel right at home.
