My tiny kitten was so very sick but it was no time before the staff at here was on top of her illness and had her on her way to recovery. I was so impressed with how much time they all took to comfort this very concerned and scared Mommy. They are just fantastic at what they do in every aspect of such a crisis. We are not regular clients of Animal Medical Center but Dr. Martin sceduled my sheltie, Bandit, to come in quicker there for an ultrasound than we could get him in at our regular vet's office. Even though the results were not encouraging, Dr. Martin was so very compassionate in explaining Bandit's limited options to me and what to expect going forward. I really appreciate his sympathetic nature and patience in describing Bandit's condition and prescribed medications to me.
Best vet hands down. My family has been going to them for years with our fur babies. Tonight iced the cake for us. Our fur baby kamy is sick and hospitalized at this facility not only did the vet tech sympathize with our 5 year old daughter when we visited kamy but the tech told Kaitlyn to call before she went to bed. No techs were available to speak to my daughter to calm her so Lindsey at the front desk took it upon herself to talk to Kaitlyn and let her know that kamy was ok and she would tell her goodnight.
