RecommendedCompassionate and professional. Acted like our dog was their only priority. Wonderful experience during a hard time.
I understand they are busy with animal emergencies. But after they made errors regarding my mother's dog's records, they were exceptionally rude and nonaplogogetic. It is very important to be sensitive and caring when the patient is dying, and to apologize for a major mistake, instead of being rude to the client. There are many choices in Richmond to take your pet for vet care, after witnessing such hostility, I am so sorry to say, I will never go back.
I will never take my dog anywhere else again. Excellent care for my dog and the way they treated me, nobody else in this area compares!
My precious missy was hit Thursday evening and died on impact these people were a tremendous help thru it all and then more... I appreciate them so much and cant Express it enough.. plan to do something nice for them as well! Definitely would recommend and wish I knew of them before the tragedy!
The staff is wonderful! And I really want to thank Dr. Ed Martin and the staff that took care of Persephone yesterday. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to her but you all were so incredibly wonderful! Thank you again! I will now be bringing all of my fur Babies here!
Love the doctors and staff , so happy to have them so close to my house when my furbabies have an emergency .
I was here for an emergency, and through no fault of theirs my cat passed. But my vet and the front desk treated him like he was their kid and was great in helping me do right by my fur baby. They took great care of him in making him comfortable at the end, and I cannot thank them enough for him and their support and sympathy for me. They even sent me a sympathy card, above and beyond highly recommend.
