I absolutely love this store and all of the staff! I truly appreciate the way that all of the staff handles and treats every animal in that store with love and passion. I have been shopping in this store for a very long time and have purchased all of my animals from this store and never felt that any animal is mistreated in anyway. There are plenty of franchise pet stores that I could visit and I choose to go here because of the care and love that every employee gives to the animals in their care.
This place is horrible. The animals are mistreated and in a very stressful environment. They rabbits do not have hay or clean water. The fish look sickly. These animals are sick and loosing fur because of the mistreatment! You guys need to step up and care for these animals. �
They have a wide variety of pets and products and very fair prices I know people complain about fish and tanks getting ick but I've had fish for over 30 years and that sometimes just happens if you act on it quick you can get rid of ick no problem I very seldom have lost fish from it
Don't buy anything from here. Everything my family and I have bought from this place has died. I just bought fish from there that gave my entire tank Ick, and all my fish died. Will never ever buy anything from this place again.
Purchased my scarlet macaw, Aurora from Libby, great customer service and an overall great experience. Libby also stays in constant contact months. The staff is very knowledgeable. Always pay a visit every time I’m in the area!
