Thanks to Rita and all her help picking out toys for Emily's new Lovebird.
I fully Recommend this place to everyone. Staff are very friendly and full of much needed advice.
We got a gray African parrot, price was fair. The people that work there, were very patience they helped us with everything. Highly recommended!
I would not recommend this place for aquatic needs. while they do have a decent selection of fish, most of them are sick and have ick spots. I bought three fish from here and it killed my tank. only place to get not sick live rats
I was going to bring my son back to see the variety of animals until I saw an iguana in a cage that was barely alive and looked like it had been that way for days! Very sad. The place was very busy and maybe there isn’t enough time to check out all of the animals everyday.
Great place, great people, locally owned!
This place is a mad house. Any person can walk in and pick up all the animals with absolutely no supervision. I went in there once and they had an iguana cage literally on the floor. Also, at the register the have chicks in way too small of cages. They really don’t care about the animals in this place
Business response:
The baby birds at the register have a hot pink sign over them stating that is the “Nursery”. The babies are there for us to hand feed and for us to keep them warm. They are absolutely not in ”too small of cages”...as they are babies and nesting. It is not safe for them to be in anything larger as they don’t have their balance yet. All you had to do was ask us....we would have been happy to explain.
I like this place, although the new people do not know how to take care of clients. After 10 min of waiting in line with 1 cashier cashing someone out, another cashier shows up at the next register. In the 10 min I was waiting about 7 to 8 people got behind me. She said who's next? So I asked for fish feeders and she replied that after cashing everyone out she would go to the back to help me , as if everyone's time was more valuable than mine. I had to just leave. She came running after me saying she wanted to help me than. ... read more
