Love all of the staff, decent pricing and a great selection of all the best pet food brand and anything else you need. There are lots of adorable Pets at the 950 34th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33713. We have even seen the sweetest Pigme goats there too. Can't thank you all enough for being in business for so long!! 5*****
horrible customer service. I made 3 trips in to get something I was told was in stock. 1st was a message from an employee confirming item was in stock, it wasn't. But mistakes are made and I was promised by a man who seemed to be in charge that he would order the rabbit feed and it would be there the next day. When I went in to get it, no luck. The woman there told me she would order it and it would be in by Tuesday. I went in on Tuesday evening, was told it would be two minutes by a woman whose attitude toward me could not ... read more

I came back to animal house, seeing if they improved their care for their animals. Well it was most heartbreaking experience of course , obviously if you ever been there you know how little to no knowledge that have when it come to the proper care for any of their animals. To overcrowding, animals place with others when they shouldn’t be, and no care of world if animals is In poor conditions to sell. I get all my pets from animal house only because there animals are use to people and they get interaction vs pets mart for example are in glass cages and all they do is give them food n water and done. the hamsters I got from pets mart were very different than the hamsters I got from petsmart.
We visited while in town visiting family! The staff was super friendly and helpful... wish would could have adopted all the animals! Our family had a great time!! Thank you!!

I LOVE this pet shop. This have a huge selection, great price and knowledgeable staff. You don’t stay in business that long if you don’t know you stuff. It’s just a unique fun place to go. Check it out.

I came in 3 or 4 times a week for a couple months just to play with all the exotic birds, before buying my umbrella cockatoo - who is amazing. He was so well socialized by the time he was 3 months old that I can take him anywhere and he's happy to go to anyone. I really can't think of a better place anywhere to buy a bird. They get such a great start here. Some even hatch here. And the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I still bring him back for nail trims and wing trims.
