Friendly staff however Never pay upfront and have them hold anything for you and expect it to be there when you return to pick it up. They will resell it from underneath you.

After giving this store and their employees every opportunity to fix a fish tank issue, I finally had to bring back everything (I went there no less than four times to exchange/return/replace/buy more products to get the tank to work) and have them set the tank up to see if they could get a fish to live in it for more than a day. I left it, and our only living fish, with the store for two weeks. They never called me to tell me if it was working or not.
