Front Desk gave me false information. Took my dog that I had for over 15 years to get cremated and was told he would be ready in one week. Turns out he didnt even get picked up until about a week later to be cremated and when I called to find out what was going on I was treated very rudly and was asked if I have been there before I said no and then Brittney replied "so you just randomly brought him here" I then explained to her they were located close to home and I was told he would be ready in a week so thats why I decided ... read more
They were great! Our poor dog had a bone stuck in her teeth called around and was told $400 plus every. Called AHOP and the fit me in right away and was only $50 for the visit and they were fast and friendly
Dr.Oliver and Dr.Benson are amazing! Dr.Oliver saved my dogs life after I was told by Banfield at Petsmart my dog had to be put down. My dog gets so excited when he sees the techs and staff. Best vet in town!!! My family has been avid supporters of Dr.Oliver since day one and we will always bring our fur babies to animal hospital! ��
I love dr Benson we have been with him for around 25 years and I am very happy with the service we have gotten and everyone seems very nice. I would follow dr Benson wherever he goes and trust his judgement with his work environment.😀😀
The doctors and techs are wonderful caring people. The front desk on the other hand is absolutely ridiculous. I waited 45 min for a 5 min appt to get my dog shots. I am all about being friendly and chatty with the customers, but when you have a line 10 people deep to check out and another 5 people waiting to pick up their pets, nobody really left to check the people who had appointments in. I really hope that they can manage their front a little better in the future or this will be the last time I take my animals there. Real... read more
