We love Northampton Animal Clinic and Dr. Eric! They do such a great job taking care of our dogs, and we will miss them. The staff is always courteous and committed to ensuring the well-being of our pets. Thank you to Northampton Animal Clinic! We are visiting from out of town and our Lucie got sick. The staff fit us in today. Dr. Eric Randall diagnosed and treated her and we are on the road to recovery. Everyone was so sweet and thorough in their care of Lucie. I have know Dr. Eric since he was in elementary school. Absolutely love Northampton Animal Clinic. The girls in the front greet you with a warm smile walking in and are extremely helpful. Not to mention how wonderful the doctors are with our boston terrier! She cannot contain her excitement when walking into their office. Highly recommend to anyone adopting a new puppy!

They really seem to care about the wellbeing of the animals. Also showed ingenuity in providing treatment tailored to the specific pet, ie- my pet is very sensitive to noises and they spook her. Dr. Eric came up with the idea to use cotton balls as ear plugs, and they helped tremendously!
North Hampton Animal Clinic is hands down the BEST in town. they are not there to throw a prescription at something and then walk out of the room. My cat has atopic dermatitis. It took a little bit to figure out but they didn't stop until they had all the facts and had everything figured out. We have been going to Northampton for 2.5 yrs, so we rushed Skyler there when he was sick. We were informed that a snake bit him. Thanks to Northampton, Skyler is with us today. The staff, techs, and vets are very caring and knowledgeable and they always call a day after our visit to check on Skyler. Always great service.
Ellie loves going to the vet! The staff is really great with her even when she’s a handful, which is pretty much always. They’re very quick to answer any questions I have as well.
